Country Real Estate History
Country Real Estate is an independent real estate agency located in Hartland, Vermont. We have offered a full spectrum of real estate services to the Upper Valley and surrounding communities since our inception in the late 1960’s. For nearly 35 years , Audrey Collins, in association with Beverly Lasure, owned and operated this real estate agency from it’s current location on Route 12 between the villages of Hartland Three Corners and Hartland Four Corners. In 1994 Tom Campbell purchased the business and continues to carry on the tradition of offering a high level of real estate expertise to the buying and selling community.
Today, Country Real Estate is a member of the Northern New England Real Estate Network, a multiple listing service covering properties in four New England states.
Our staff consists of four licensed real estate agents.
Country Real Estate Mission
Our mission is to provide the best personal real estate service possible to buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of their homes, properties and businesses. We feel that our vast experience and depth of knowledge of the Vermont and New Hampshire real estate markets enable us to accomplish this task. Each of our agents has spent many years building long and lasting relationships with those whom we have represented. We take great pride in the fact that over the years many of our thousands of closed transactions have been with the same clients and customers. We continue to enjoy a strong referral network from those buyers and sellers we have worked with over the years. We feel this is a testament to the quality of service we have provided.
